Billy Ray Parson - Realtor

Billy Ray is a full-time agent and a welcome addition to Lawson Real Estate’s new Smith Lake Branch.  He is a graduate of Haleyville High School and attended Rhodes College, the University of Memphis, and the University of Alabama where he received his B.A. degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration.  Billy Ray interned in Washington, D.C. on Capitol Hill with Congressman Sonny Callahan of Mobile, and someday hopes to enter the political arena himself.  After college, he spent ten years in the retail manufactured housing industry, gaining experience in sales, finance, and administration.  This led to his ability to take you step by step though the entire Real Estate process.  What makes Billy Ray unique is his keen understanding of his client’s needs (help with paperwork, financing, negotiation and the internet).  He is a former full time Smith Lake resident, but now resides in Haleyville with his beautiful wife, Amanda Israel Parson and his precious 3 year old daughter, Emma.  They are members of the First Baptist Church of Haleyville.  Billy Ray is also a member of the Walker County Board of REALTORS, the Alabama Association of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS, and the Walker County Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  As a FULL-TIME, Million Dollar Producer devoted to providing you with professional service, Billy Ray invites you to contact him at 205-275-4005 or billyray@alabamalandspecialist.com if you need help buying or selling property in the Northwest Alabama area.
